A recheck system that loads baggage images captured by the X-Ray Baggage Scanner onto a separate screening display for a second look. View vertical and horizontal X-ray images alongside a real photo (camera) on one screen, examine them with image processing and zoom functions, then judge the bag as cleared or suspicious.
Screening at the X-Ray Baggage Scanner never stops. Only bags that need a second look are judged at the recheck station, with the image and the actual bag side by side.
These are the recheck screening program screens used in the field. Tap a tab to see the functions on each screen.
※ The baggage images on screen are illustrations for clarity; the menus, function keys and dialogs are from the actual program.
Re-examine hidden objects with material-specific color removal and penetration and brightness adjustment.

The Recheck System is the first step in handling X-ray images over a network. MIK SCAN plans to extend it into AID2, AI detection integration software that manages X-Ray Baggage Scanners across multiple sites together and continuously advances its AI.
