MIK SCAN Co., Ltd. ("the Company") processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and publishes this policy to protect your data and handle any concerns promptly.

1. Personal data we collect

When you submit an inquiry (quotation, consultation, demo, after-sales service, document request or other), we collect:

  • Required: company/organization, contact name, phone, email
  • Optional: department/title, country, installation site, estimated quantity, timeline, products of interest, message, newsletter consent
  • Automatically: IP address, date and time of submission, page URL (to prevent abuse)

2. Purposes

  • Responding to inquiries, sending quotations and documents, arranging consultations and demos
  • Handling after-sales service and technical support requests
  • Sending news on products and exhibitions (only if you opt in to the newsletter)

3. Retention period

We keep personal data for 1 year from collection and then delete it without delay, unless a longer period is required by law. Newsletter consent remains valid until withdrawn.

4. Deletion

When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, electronic files are deleted irreversibly and paper records are shredded or incinerated.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal data to third parties except with your consent or where required by law.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The selected inquiry type is stored temporarily in your browser to carry it to the contact form, and it is cleared after you submit.
